Only content curators can relate…

Part of the challenges we face in curating contents for our audience is that second-guessing that greases virtually every moment of the process; from ideation to brainstorming and development, down to the actual creation/production to when the meal is served to the consumers.

Just as CCP would always say, “money na water”, we say: “ideas na water”.
Ideas are always going to flow.
Inspiration will always come and go.
But one thing that won’t leave is that uncertainty that accompanies every creation process.
That “I’m-not-sure” phenomenon that makes you question every creative move you make.

And this is one demon many of us creators are possessed of.
We struggle through the creation process, amidst battling the demon with many voices inside of us, screaming, “it will not work”… especially, then it’s sure to work.
But what makes you think that it will not work?

Every creator’s success story often had those down moments.
The only difference between us and others is that they refused to let those moments define the life and future of those inspired and moments.

So when next you hear that negative voice inside of you making you think that it will not work, first say… “let me try first”.
And if it insists, say: “get behind me satan!”

Always remember…
In the creative universe, the only way to find out if it’s gonn’ work or not is by trying.
So try.

Do you believe in short prayers?
Do you say short prayers?
How often do you pray short prayers???

For some persons, short prayers are a sign of spiritual laziness.
But historically and existentially, spiritual dispositions reveal that short prayers are as effective as long prayers, especially, when prayed with the right disposition.

Some of the shortest prayers in Christian/biblical history that were answered immediately includes: “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me” by the blind Bartimaeus.
“Save me Lord, or I perish”, by Peter while he was about to drown.

My favorite short prayer… THE SIGN OF THE CROSS!

What’s yours???

Amen 🙏🏽

When the parish priest finally met that parishioner who has been dodging Mass for months, but only showed up to receive ash on Ash Wednesday🤣

Ash Wednesday is here again.
We are reminded of that eternal truth… that life is brief, and eternity with God is the goal, as this world is not our home.
We are reminded that someday, we shall return to dust from where we came.
Y’all do have a fruitful Lenten season 2026.
