She, You, Me, Her.

I speak of that woman who has learned to grow where she was never meant to stay, never fully welcomed nor properly prepared for.

I speak of you.

A woman of migration and survival, One of substance and elegance.

She that maintains an unapologetic continuance that does not postpone becoming until conditions improve.
On temporary grounds or not, she harbors no bitterness nor complaint.

Whether belonging is borrowed, provisional or conditional, her blooming is self-generated and she refuses to wither simply because the ground is unfamiliar.

Happy people understand that joy is the journey in itself, not a destination. Learn to be happy.

SABR [PATIENCE]

True Strength Is Not In Force, But In Forbearance.

Patience is the rope between your trial and your triumph. It dwells not in enduring hardship but trusting that every difficulty carries a hidden mercy. The believer who holds onto sabr will always find light at the end when he has a mindset that delays are not denials and that nothing is wasted in His hands.

And be patient, for indeed Allah does not allow to be lost the reward of those who do good.”
[Surah Al Hud 11:115]

“Whoever remains patient, Allah will make him patient. Nobody can be given a blessing better and greater than patience.” [Bukhari, 1469]

One beauty of sabr is not passive waiting; it is active resilience.

“Indeed, Allah is with the patient.”[Surah Al Baqara 2:153]

A man once fasted without complaining of thirst, but his greatest patience was in withholding anger. The strongest among us are not those who lift the heaviest burdens, but those who carry hardships with grace.

Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account.”
[Surah Az-Zumar 39:10]

“No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that.”
[Sahih al-Bukhari 5641]

When all else is lost, patience remains.
Hold on. Your relief is written.

“And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient.”
[Surah Al-Baqarah 2:155]

In a world that rushes, we are asked to slow down. In a life full of trials, we are asked to hold on. Sabr is not weakness—it is the hidden strength that turns wounds into wisdom and delays into destiny.

“Patience is at the first strike of calamity.”
[Sahih Al-Bukhari 1283]

Therefore, to be patient is to believe that time itself bows to the decree of Allah, and what is written for you will never miss you. In patience, the believer finds not just survival, but serenity.

MAHABBAH [LOVE]

Love Is Not An Emotion. It Is A Social Pillar.

Al-Wadud [The Loving] is one of Allah’s names.
Love for Allah is not performative; it is built in sujood, in tears, in patience. It is the love that reorders the heart not to abandon the world, but to beautify it.

“Say, [O Muhammad], ‘If you truly love Allah, then follow me; Allah will love you and forgive you your sins.” [Surah Aal-Imran 3:31]

“None of you truly believes until Allah and His Messenger are more beloved to him than all else.”
[Sahih Muslim, 44]

“But those who believe are stronger in love for Allah.” [Surah Al-Baqarah 2:165]

“Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.” [Ar-Ra’d 13:28]

The one who loves Allah sees wisdom in hardship, finds sweetness in prayer, sees the world as small, understands sacrifice — and knows that to love Him is to never lose but that a soul that clings to its Creator is never truly alone.

There is also love between people. A sacred trust through which we reflect divine mercy. We do not wait for this love to find us. We choose it. And when we choose it, we return home.

“None of you will enter Paradise until you believe, and none of you will believe until you love one another.” [Sahih Muslim, 54]

“And He placed between you affection and mercy.”
[Surah Ar-Rum 30:21]

“Allah will say on the Day of Judgment: ‘Where are those who loved one another for My Glory? Today I will shelter them in My shade, on a day when there is no shade but Mine.’”
[Sahih Muslim, 2566]

“A man visited his brother in another town for the sake of Allah. An angel told him: ‘Allah loves you as you love him for His sake.’” [Sahih Muslim, 2567]

Love is feeding someone else’s fast, making dua behind their back, giving when tired, forgiving when hurt.

“They give others preference over themselves, even though they are in need.” [Surah Al-Hashr 59:9]

The Ummah is one body — when one hurts, we all bleed. When one prays, we all rise.

Pray for them.
Help them.
Love them, as you love yourself.

IMAAN [FAITH]

Only When You Surrender To Faith Shall You Wield The Rebel’s Sharpest Weapon.

Iman in Islam is a profound concept that goes beyond mere belief—it is the foundation of faith, conviction, and submission to Allah. It is not static ; it increases with good deeds and decreases with sins. Recognizing His oneness, attributes, and absolute sovereignty.

Allah mentions Iman frequently, emphasizing that it is more than just belief—it requires sincerity, action, and perseverance

“Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds – they will have gardens beneath which rivers flow. That is the great attainment.” [Surah Al-Buruj 85:11]

The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Iman has over seventy branches, the highest of which is saying ‘La ilaha illa Allah’ (There is no god but Allah), and the lowest of which is removing something harmful from the road.”[Sahih Muslim 35]

A Muslim’s Imaan is built on six essential pillars:
Belief in Allah
Belief in the Angels
Belief in the Divine Books
Belief in the Messengers
Belief in the Day of Judgment
Belief in Qadar (Divine Decree)

IMAAN is Increased through:
* Acts of worship (prayer, fasting, charity)
* Seeking knowledge
* Good companionship
* Reflection on Allah’s signs
* Sincere repentance
It can weaken through:
* Neglecting obligations
* Persisting in sin
* Doubt and heedlessness
* Harmful company

Imaan is what gave the Prophets the strength to call their people despite rejection, and what keeps believers hopeful even in the darkest moments. It requires constant nurturing through prayer, remembrance, and righteous deeds.

“Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds, for them are the Gardens of Paradise as a lodging.” [Surah Al-Kahf 18:107]

Strengthening Iman means connecting deeply with Allah, purifying the heart, and embodying Islam in everyday life.

SULH [RECONCILIATION]

The Beauty Of Mending Relationships Is That It Bridges The Gap of Mercy Over The Rivers Of Pride.

Reconciliation is the hand extended before an apology lands, a peace treaty written between two aching hearts by the ink of divine obedience.

“The recompense for an injury is an injury equal to it; but if a person forgives and makes reconciliation, his reward is due from Allah. Verily, He [Allah] does not love the wrongdoers.”
[Surah Ash-Shura Qur’an 42:40]

A hadith reveals that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “Shall I not inform you of something more excellent in degree than fasting, prayer, and almsgiving?” They said: “Yes.”
And He said: “Putting things right between people, for discord between them is the shaver (of religion).”
[Sunan Abi Dawud 4919]

Don’t wait for peace to come knocking—be the hand that opens the door.

“There is no good in most of their private conversations, except those who enjoin charity or that which is right or conciliation between people. And whoever does this seeking the pleasure of Allah, We will give him a great reward.”
[Surah An Nisaa Qur’an 4:114]

Unforgiveness Mimics The Foolery Of Grasping A Wild Fire That Burns You First.

Forgiveness is the door that opens both ways freeing both the forgiver and the forgiven. He who holds onto grudges holds onto chains. But the one who forgives?

His heart earns peace.

Quran:
“Let them pardon and overlook. Would you not like that Allah should forgive you?” [Surah An-Nur 24:22]

Hadith:
“The strong man is not the one who wrestles others down. Rather, the strong man is the one who controls himself when he is angry.” [Bukhari, 6114; Muslim, 2609]

Let go.
Forgive,
Not because they deserve it,
But because He forgives you daily.

SINCERITY [IKHLAAS]

Actions Without Sincerity Are Like Lit Lanterns Without Light.

True worship reflects in the sincerity of doing good even when no one is watching. The deed that is free from pride and expectation is the one that will shine in the Hereafter. Let your heart seek Allah alone.

The Holy Quran says:
“And they were not commanded except to worship Allah, [being] sincere to Him in religion, inclining to truth…” [Surah Al-Bayyinah 98:5]

A supporting Hadith thus:
“Verily, Allah does not look at your appearance or wealth, but He looks at your hearts and deeds.”[Muslim, 2564]

Not all that is seen is valued but also not all that is hidden is forgotten. Ikhlas could stem from a prayer whispered in the dead of night, charity given in secret, a heart that seeks not applause—Only His pleasure.

Hadith:
“Indeed, Allah does not accept any deed except that which is purely for Him and done seeking His pleasure.” [Nasa’i, 3140]

A deed done for praise is like a seed planted on a rock—it bears no fruit. True sincerity is seeking only Allah’s pleasure, whether seen or unseen.

“Indeed, Allah only accepts from the righteous.” [Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:27]

Purify your thoughts.
Do good for His sake,
Not for applause, not for eyes, not for status—
Just for Him. Wholly and, with a conviction that even if no one sees, He does.

What We Give For The Sake Of Allah Never Leaves Us.

Sadaqah is more than giving—it is healing.
It purifies the heart, softens the soul, and bridges the gap between privilege and need.

“The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed of grain that grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains.” [Surah Al-Baqarah 2:261]

In the eyes of Allah, no act of charity is too small—a smile, a date, a kind word, a shared burden. What leaves your hand never truly leaves you; it returns multiplied, in ways both seen and unseen. Sadaqah is proof that mercy, when given freely, is never lost.

“Charity does not decrease wealth.” [Muslim, 2588]

Whether it’s a date split in half, a coin dropped in secret or a heart that gives, knowing that what leaves for His sake, returns multiplied.

“The most beloved of people to Allah is the one who brings the most benefit to others.” [Tabarani, 6190]

Plant even when your hands may never harvest.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.” [Sahih Muslim, Hadith 1631]

Give.
Not because you have much,
But because you know your provider never fails.
