INDEED BENUE IS BLESSED

POCHO is a beautiful Nigerian delicacy originated from the middle belt part, Benue state to be precise. The TIVs call it POCHO because it is specially spiced with lots of pepper and locus beans as the primary ingredient.

POCHO can be eaten with either pounded yam, fufu, eba, rice and even bread as it is a special stew made for many purposes.

The primary protein for POCHO is bushmeat and bush rat but you can improvise with chicken, goatmeat, dried fish or any fish of your choice, turkey etc.
