For those of you here in Egypt wishing or wants to be an Egyptian citizen...Pls come and see this.

Egyptian Citizenship by Investment

Foreign investors can obtain **Egyptian citizenship** through one of the investment options provided under Egyptian law.

Available Options:

โœ… **Bank Deposit**
Deposit **USD 500,000** in an Egyptian bank. The amount is refundable after **3 years**, but it will be repaid in **Egyptian Pounds** according to the official exchange rate at the time of repayment.

โœ… **Non-Refundable Contribution**
Pay **USD 250,000** as a non-refundable contribution to the Egyptian Treasury and become eligible to apply for Egyptian citizenship.

โœ… **Real Estate Investment**
Purchase one or more properties worth at least **USD 300,000** from government-owned projects or approved real estate developers.

Administrative Fee

A **non-refundable administrative fee of USD 10,000** is payable when submitting the application.

Family Benefits

โœ”๏ธ Minor children under the age of **21** are included in the citizenship application.

โœ”๏ธ The spouse may become eligible for Egyptian citizenship **two years** after the principal applicant obtains citizenship, subject to the legal requirements.

Dual Citizenship

Egypt allows successful applicants to **retain their original nationality**. There is no requirement to renounce your existing citizenship.

Jubilation all over Egypt yesterday as Argentina where defeated by Spain to 1:0

You guy's can recall that, the Argentina team where the one's that sent the Egyptian national team, the Pharaohs of Egypt out of the world cup back to Cairo with the Egypt Air flight โœˆ๏ธ the final was played yesterday and most of the Cafes in Egypt where filled by angry Egyptians who where rallying their support for Spain, but as faith would have it, their dreams finally comes to reality.

As you can see on the photos below ๐Ÿ‘‡ โšฝ ๐Ÿ† ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ has been crowned champions following their 1-0 win against in extra time Sunday.

President Donald and President Gianni presented the trophy to Spain's players.

A young man was killed by the family of a girl in Alexandria after they persuaded him to come to an agreement, then they threw him off a balcony and claimed he committed su***de! ๐Ÿ‘‡

A tragic and shocking incident that happened in the Al-Amriya area of the coast city of Alexandria Governorate, after security investigations revealed the details of a young man's death, which turned out to be a premeditated crime planned by the girl's family to get rid of him after he tried to propose to their daughter.

The police received a report from the Alexandria Security Directorate about a young man who fell from a balcony.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the victim was a young man from Beheira Governorate, who had settled in the Al-Dakhila area, and had known a girl in her early thirties who he had tried to marry, but her family had completely rejected his proposal.

When the family learned about the young man's ongoing attempts, they decided to bring him to their home in Al-Amriya under the guise of "settling their dispute," but during the discussion, a heated verbal altercation broke out between the two parties.

The matter escalated into a violent altercation, in which one of the girl's family members shot the young man several times in the chest, causing him to collapse. To cover up the horrific crime, they threw his body off the balcony of the house to make it appear as if he had committed su***de.

Police accompanied by ambulance arrived at the scene of the report and imposed a security cordon around the area, and began interrogating those present.

The body was transferred to the morgue to be examined by the investigation authorities.
The necessary report on the incident at the General Police Station in the Second District is being processed, and the General Police Station is conducting its extensive investigations to uncover all the circumstances and determine the criminal suspicion with precision.
