Once upon a time in Southeast Nigeria, there was a young man popularly known as Anayochukwu Nwokike a.k.a Ikonso, who led series of high-profile security breaches, and åttaçks on police stations, correctional facilities, and state security personnel. His operations quickly made him one of the most wanted commanders in the region by early 2021.

His reign came to an end on April 24, 2021, during a joint security operation at his hideout in Awomama, Imo State. Caught off guard.. the once-fėąred commander of the ESN, associated with IPOB and 6 of his close operatives were ķiłIeď by state forces.

Eye witness reports that Ikonso çried and begged for his live like a wounded Donkey, before he finally díęd şhameIesslý with his çriminaI followers.

They say Life is a big rişk, and anybody who wants to succeed must be ready to face serious riśķs. When Option A fails, it is normal to look for Option B to achieve our dreams, but we must carefully calculate where that new path will lead us.

Take the story of one of the female soldiers involved in the coup plot in Niger as a clear lesson. She took a massive ģamble, thinking the coup would succeed so she could secure a powerful position afterward.

Today, that gambłė has ßackfired, leaving her separated from her husband and children with no hope of seeing them anytime soon. As we hustle for our own success, let us always remember that every rişk has consequences, and not every Option B is worth taking.

​I remember telling some of my fellow Nigerian Christians here who was putting all their hope and faith in Trump and the US leadership that foreign powers don't care about us or anyone, they only fiğht or act in their own seIfish interest.

​If you think any foreign nation is going to fix Nigeria's prøblems, you are only deceiving yourself. Truth is, they benefit from our instability; they are not interested in our peace or unity.

​Real change begins when we stop looking outward, unite as one people, and fix our country ourselves. 🇳🇬✊

​Today, our brave forces and citizens are still standing strong on the frontlines fiqhtinģ insecurity and defending our great nation all on our own, without foreign support.
