The petition which led to Police operatives of zone 9 Umuahia inviting Eze Oha Izzi, and the arrest of 20 venerable villagers alleged destruction of houses, illegal possession of fi****ms, and illegal trespassing. When chairman of Ebonyi heard all this, he was furious, at first he was angry at the people of Izzi for going that far taking laws into their hands, but all the allegations were lies. From destruction of houses, the leader of the group now alleged it was palm tree that was pulled down, an allegation that was equally confirmed to be untrue.
