Namibia to Compete at All Africa Pool & Billiard Championship

The Namibia Cue Sports Federation has been invited to participate in the prestigious All Africa Pool & Billiard Championship, which will take place in Durban, South Africa, from 2–8 February 2026.
Namibia will be represented by five players, selected based on their outstanding performances during the 2025 Namibia Blackball League. The championship will feature competitors from more than ten African countries, making it one of the continent’s premier cue sports events. The selected players are Cyril Möller (Swakopmund, Celtic Pool Club) – 1st Place, Masters Division; 5th Place overall, Alfredo de Klerk (Windhoek, Young Ones Pool Club) – 3rd Place, Masters Division, Theunis Folscher (Windhoek, WOC Pool Club) – Senior Division Development Player; previously represented Namibia at the Ultimate Africa Pool Championship in Mpumalanga, South Africa, Jeanine Kloppers (Windhoek, King Cues Pool Club) – 1st Place, Senior Division and Anel Brink (Windhoek, King Cues Pool Club) – 2nd Place, Senior Division.
The tournament boasts prize money totaling N$500,000. Namibia will compete in the singles category only, using a round-robin format, which will allow Namibian players the opportunity to compete against more than 100 players from across Africa.
