Hari Raya always associated with vibrant colours and design. However, this year I chose black and white for my Sampul Duit Raya design.

Whilst the colours themselves are elegant, they resonate with nostalgic vibes that are complementary with my artworks.

This Ramadhan is a blessing. Let us celebrate this Eidul Fitri modestly and please remember our brothers and sisters in Ga.za who are suffering and always make du'a for them.

Malay kampung houses culturally were inherited from the ancestors that passed down from generation to generation.

Each generation definitely has their own special moments in the house be it good or bad, nurturing undiminished strong feelings & values and unforgettable memories. As we grew older we yearn for those moments and it gets intense when the loved ones are already gone.

The artist hopes this illustration triggers those nostalgic memories, yet invites us to be grateful and honor the present moment.
