~History of UMP 24 Seasons Drum & Martial arts
2008年：
- 彭大二十四节令鼓鼓团成立，目的是成为彭大中秋晚会的其中一个特别表演。
- 成立初期隶属彭大中华文化理事会(JKC)。
- 为了准备演出，当年的学长姐们与关丹培才小学校方达成共识。培小愿意借出场地和乐器供大家练习，唯练习时间须事先与负责人讨论。另外，往返培小的交通也须自行解决。
- 第一次的演出成功更是吸引了更多彭大生加入二十四节令鼓团。
In 2008:
~Due to the special request of having 24 seasons drum as a performance in the pesta tanglung. JKC set up a 24 seasons drum unit.
~drums to performed and place for training are borrowed from SJKC Pei Chai, Kuantan.
~the performance successfully attract many students to learn 24 seasons drum.
2009年：
- 7月27日，彭大北根院校正式启用。其中三个系院(FKM,FKP,FKEE)的学生与教授们被迫搬迁至新院校。同时，本团的成员也被迫分离两校，各自进行活动。
- after the separation of pekan and gambang campus, members from each campus carried out training in their own way.
2011年：
- 在一次机缘，校方与Encik Zaki Bin Ahmad的鼓催下，彭大二十四节令鼓鼓团于这一年脱离彭大中华文化理事会 (JKC)，成为独立的合法社团，顾问老师为Encik Zaki。社团人数持续增加，稳健发展。
- In a special conditions, 24 Seasons Drum in ump are being drawn out from JKC and became an independent club with the name registered "UMP 24 Seasons Drum and Martial Arts" and our adviser : En. Zaki
2016年：
是彭大第一个以春,夏,秋,冬(二十四节气)为主题的演奏会。
起名，顾名思义是要让大众经由演奏会对二十四节令鼓与农历二十四节气有更深一层的认识, 了解二十四节令鼓的起源，饮水思源。
二十四节令鼓起源于有着丰富文化色彩的马来西亚，深受多元文化的影响，自然在创作及表演上有了无限的宽度，我们会在当晚结合二十四节令鼓，友族敲击乐器，和爵士鼓等，呈现空前绝后的听觉与视觉享受。
此演奏会是由彭大二十四节令鼓社主办。这演奏会将开放给各阶层人士，而身为马来西亚人的你，是不是更要挺一挺这本土文化；身为外国子民的你，亦可通过二十四节令鼓感受马来西亚华人风情
Drum Reserve Unique Melody, is the very first concert in UMP themed on the four seasons and also the Chinese traditional 24 festive. Apart from that, there will be various drums performances ranging from the 'Gamelan' to the jazz drum rocking the stage. It's such a meaningful event being able to share these cultures together while enjoying melody of Various drum performances. Night now welcomes everyone to gather and support our event. Lets enjoy and treasure this wonderful experience together!
