Winter always asks something of us.

Stillness. Endings. Letting things fall away.

And for a while, everything feels a little… barren.

But even now, there are signs of life returning.

The ground will soften soon. Seeds will be planted. Things will grow again.

I am letting myself create while I wait for the seasons to shift. Letting that same hope of new growth guide what I’m making.

After a long, harsh winter… I think we all deserve a soft beginning.

Rebuilding parts of my life lately… and my creativity is one of them.

Between personal life shifts and the heaviness of the world right now, I stepped away from the studio more than I expected. But art has a funny way of calling you back. Working on commission paintings and brainstorming some new homemade goodies to post soon!

I’ve been a little quiet here, not because the magic stopped, but because life asked me to be fully present elsewhere.

The holiday season was spent slowing down, soaking up time with my kiddos, and pouring my energy into custom orders made with so much love behind the scenes. It was a season of rest, family, and intentional creating, and I’m really grateful I allowed myself that space

Now I’m easing back into my creative rhythm, setting up my workspace, photographing current inventory, and getting pieces ready to be added to the shop. There’s something really grounding about this part of the process: clearing space, reconnecting with my hands, and letting inspiration flow again.

As I move forward, I’m also creating new pieces with Spring and Love in mind, softer colors, fresh energy, heart-centered details, and a little extra magic for the upcoming Spring season and Valentine’s Day so stay tuned for some new designs!
