主要工作内容
✅ 监督门店的日常运作，确保营业时间内的服务流畅、高效
✅ 了解🍷类的申请过程、法规等SOP，
✅ 能够及时满足顾客的需求，并提高忠诚度和满意度
✅ 监控饮料、酒吧用具和设备库存，避免供应不急
✅ 定期检查，确保清洁和安全并符合健康和消防安全规定

职位要求
✅ 有用3-5年的KTV或酒吧的管理经验
✅ 善于处理人际关系，以解决客户需求
✅ 精通全方位运营流程（开业准备、高峰时段服务、关门流程），确保运营顺利进行。
✅ 熟悉马来西亚的夜生活法规（营业时间、身份核查），避免法律纠纷。
