Happy Birthday George Walton Lucas Jr. 🥳🤩
- Born in California USA on May 14, 1944, the filmmaker and creator of the film saga Star Wars and Indiana Jones
🌟 Lover of the comic “Flash Gordon” and collector of the same.
🌟 During the years 1973 and 1974 he exclusively devoted himself to writing the script for the movie "The Star Wars".
🌟 To write the screenplay, he was inspired by "Flash Gordon" and the movie "Planet of the Apes".
🌟His latest project was to finish the new Star Wars trilogy “The Ghost Menace” Episode I which premiered on May 19, 1999.
🌟 In May 2002 the second part, Attack of the Clones episode II and Revenge of the Sith episode III (which opens the doors to the Classic Trilogy), was released on May 19, 2005 and the saga ended.
🌟 On October 30, 2012 George Lucas sells Lucasfilm for US$4.050 million to Disney!!

- Nace en California Estados Unidos el 14 de mayo de 1944, el cineasta y creador de la saga fílmica Star Wars e Indiana Jones
🌟 Amante del cómic “Flash Gordon” y coleccionista del mismo.
🌟 Durante los años 1973 y 1974 se dedicó exclusivamente a escribir el guión de la película “The Star Wars”.
🌟 Para escribir el guión se inspiró en “Flash Gordon” y la película “El Planeta de los Simios”.
🌟 Su último proyecto fue terminar la nueva trilogía de Star Wars “La Amenaza del Fantasma” episodio I que se estrenó el 19 de mayo de 1999.
🌟 En mayo de 2002 se estrenó la segunda parte, “El Ataque de los Clones”, episodio II y “La Venganza de los Sith”, episodio III, (que abre las puertas a la Trilogía Clásica), se estrenó el 19 de mayo de 2005 quedando la saga finalizada.
🌟 El 30 de octubre del 2012 George Lucas vende Lucasfilm por US$4.050 millones a Disney!!

Star Wars Day has been celebrated since the year 2011, this because of the similarity of the date May the 4th and the VERY well-known phrase "May the Force be with You" used to wish good luck on several occasions, made famous by Han Solo when you tell Luke, just before attack on the Death Star!!
