Not every viral post is the truth.
Serious allegations against any public official or institution should be supported by credible evidence not speculation, rumors, or hearsay. Before believing or sharing such claims, take time to verify them through trusted and official sources.
The Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Dr. Justin Saidi, holds one of the most demanding public service roles in Malawi. Like many senior public officials, he is often the subject of stories circulating on social media, but not all of those stories are accurate or verified.
As responsible citizens, let’s rely on official communication from the Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC) and other credible sources when evaluating claims of public interest.
Facts build trust. Responsible discussion strengthens democracy. Malawi deserves informed debate not misinformation.
