Before the hands of time turned me old
Someone said to me that good things are appreciated when gone
All l thought was it to be unfold
Till today when I am left all alone.

Someone told me that it is possible to be heartbroken before falling in love
All l thought was her being weak
Till today when my seven days can't make a week.

Before the hands of time turned me old
Someone said that half of my beauty comes from the way l treat people around me
All l thought was her crushing on me
Till today when she is getting married to another man.

Before the hands of time turned me old
Someone told me that time is the best teacher inside the subject of life
All l thought was her being stupid
Till today when I'm old with no wife, no kids and no grandchildren.
