Overview:
Palm Valley Conference and Recreation Centre is seeking a motivated, self starter and result oriented individual to join its team as Food and Beverages Manager. The role focuses on growing and managing the Events, Restaurant, and Bar business.

Key Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Food Production or Food and Beverage Service (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy Restaurant and Bar.
• Knowledge of food production and event/recreation management, including bar operations.
• Ability to attract customers and service providers to increase patronage.
• Familiarity with food and beverage costing and pricing methods.
• Skills in planning purchases and controlling stocks.
• Basic Word and Excel computer skills, plus ability to write reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow restaurant, bar, and events operations.
• Oversee food production and service quality.
• Plan and control stock purchases.
• Attract and engage customers to boost patronage.
• Prepare reports and ensure smooth operations.
