📖This International Literacy Day marks the beginning of a meaningful journey for some of our employees, as we kick-start a noble initiative in partnership with Fondation Joseph Lagesse and Caritas - Aprann Lir ek Ekrir: Twesi to Kapav! - giving our employees the opportunity to learn to read and write, something they may not have had the chance to do earlier in life.
We are starting with our first group of employees, who have taken the courageous first step to invest in themselves. For us, this is more than learning. It is about independence, confidence and opening new possibilities in their everyday lives.
As they take the first step, we are proud to accompany them. We hope this journey brings them the joy of learning and reminds us that learning is lifelong, and it is never too late to start.
