We’re thrilled to welcome the incredible Avani from Goa, India, for our special Aerial Hoop Workshops on July 5th!

“Hi, I’m Avani from Goa, India. My journey with movement began as a dancer which naturally evolved into a passion for Aerial Arts. As a Performing Artist specializing in Aerial Hoop and Trapeze, I have been performing since 2014 and practicing aerial arts for over eight years. For me, aerial arts have been an incredible tool for building self-love and confidence—something I truly believe anyone can experience :)

With over 6+ years of professional teaching experience, I will focus on creating a safe, accessible environment for complete beginners to start their journey with confidence. For advanced practitioners, we will dive deep into refinement and focusing on techniques which will help them build deep powerful connection with their bodies using movement as a pathway.”

What's New:

🆕 NEW Contortion101 class added on Mondays at 5:15pm with Sandra in Studio 2!
✅ Pole Flow on Saturdays has moved from 7:45am to 8:15am with Anastasia
❌ No more flexibility/contortion classes on Saturdays

Important Note:
‼️ Aerial Dance classes will stop after 15th May 2026 🛑

The rest of the schedule remains the same.

•⁠ ⁠I’ve been doing pole/aerial/flexibility for 2 years
•⁠ ⁠For me, Pole/Flexibility/Toposphere/the sisterhood is my safe place, where I can be loud, clumsy, sexy, a beautiful mess, and live my own version of femininity.
•⁠ ⁠My favourite move is the Crescent Moon
•⁠ ⁠My nemesis move is the Superman (my bum is too big for that!)
