We are glad to welcome in our roster for worldwide management an unique and unparalleled artist: the bass-baritone Sam Taskinen!

Finnish bass-baritone Sam Taskinen is equally comfortable in playing male and female characters on stage. In the 2026/27 season, she will sing her first Scarpia in Tosca in Finland, Schaunard in La Bohème and Guillaume Cecil in Maria Stuarda at the Finnish National Opera, but will also create the roles of Tooth Fairy (Mouthpiece by Webb) and Miss Blood (Emerge: Oops... Life! by Hyytiäinen) in their world premieres in Helsinki.

Her recent engagements include Orest in Strauss’ Elektra at the Finnish N. Opera, La Voz de un Payador in Piazzolla’s María de Buenos Aires, at the Opéra-théâtre de Metz, Filippo II in Verdi’s Don Carlo, at the OperaFuerteventura, and Fasolt in Wagner’s Das Rheingold at the Theater Erfurt, among others.
