近期我们注意到，有过去曾与GENIOart合作的伙伴，在未获授权的情况下，于社交媒体使用GENIOart过往活动的内容、照片及团队影像作为宣传用途，造成部分家长混淆。
为维护家长权益，避免误导与混淆，GENIOart 特此发布以下正式声明：

自此日起，以上中心的运营、管理、课程、收费、活动、安全责任等，
均与 GENIOart 再没有任何关系。

Recently, we discovered that some former partners who had previously collaborated with GENIOart have used past GENIOart event materials, photos, and images of our team on social media without authorization, causing confusion among parents.
To safeguard the interests of our families and prevent any misunderstanding, GENIOart hereby issues the following official statement:

# The former centers located in Puchong, Setia Alam, and Kota Kemuning officially ceased to be part of GENIOart in 2024
From that date onward, all operations, management, classes, fees, events, safety responsibilities, and related matters at these locations are no longer associated with GENIOart in any way.
Parents are advised to stay alert and verify information carefully to avoid confusion.

# The use of GENIOart’s past photos and event materials by non-official parties is unauthorized
Any individual or organization using:
* GENIOart’s past overseas camp photos
* Old pictures taken with the GENIOart team
* Old videos or event materials
* Wording that implies association with GENIOart
for their own course or event promotion is not authorized by GENIOart, and GENIOart bears non responsibility for such content.
We urge parents to exercise caution to avoid being misled.

# Regarding the old GENIOart signboard still displayed at the former Puchong center
We would like to clarify that:
Any GENIOart name, logo, décor, or signboard still appearing at that location
is not related to GENIOart, nor does it represent our brand or standards.
This conduct does not reflect professional practice and seriously misleads the public.

# The only officially operated GENIOart learning centers currently are:
* Sri Petaling
* Cheras
* Seremban
These centers are directly managed, trained, and operated by the official GENIOart team and are the only locations officially recognized by us.
Any future community classroom plans will be announced through our official platforms.
