Tanoura is about finding the one axis in your body that never moves, and letting everything else turn around it. Spine long. Breath low. Eyes soft. And then the world starts to blur, and something in you that's been braced for months finally lets go.

You don't need dance experience. You don't need flexibility. You need a willingness to feel dizzy in front of strangers and trust that it's doing something.
