Initiative and the idea came spontaneously to few Artists who thought to gather and celebrate Love of Nature and Art and Music somewhere in Montenegro. Very soon after the first multimedia festival ARTist was held in Kotor 2013 not being aware that similar gatherings were done in ancient past by Pythagorean who gathered at the AGORAS of Greece or at the palaces of King Akbar in India. The aim is s
olely to communicate art to the public and to interact and celebrate great vibrations of Empathy and Love and Creation in our Lives. 1st ARTist gathered around 40 artists who exhibited their art works, sculptures, paintings, who made music, film projections etc. It was a sublime experience of everything in one place, with positive and good people as someone said "i can understand everything but not how the organizers can gather so many good and pure human beings in one place". On the first ARTist guests from Germany, Finland, England, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro were invited. It was a wonderful exchange on as artistic so on the cultural levels. Psychologists Katarina Bijelic and Maria Popovic organized special games to determent bit about the character or the current mood of the person. We had a large canvas in the middle of the festival venue in Old town Kotor market (agora) on which our painters participants as well as the visitor artist were able to paint and make a Picture of the Day, giving it as a present to the sponsor of the manifestation Mr. Seeger from Germany with His company Astarte Nova. We had a beautiful Lotus flowers installation by an fine artist Mirjana Marsenic, decorating whole venue with more then 50 nylon lotuses...It was an interesting experience for the first time in Montenegro on such a place and such happening an Indian, Native American and Finish holy hymns were sang, for the first time in Montenegro a hung instrument was played by the world known hung drum player Daniel Waples along with two more performances by electro band Beta Boroque and indie East Elysium. From Germany Susanne Frenzel came with her Award wining film Steinwurf that was screened along with Gojko Berkuljan's film Obod, Vlado Kosic came with a film from Belgrade, and Aleksandar Vujovic with The Last Gift from Italy. Stevan Lutovac a painter was in-charged for the exhibition of paintings, sculptures etc along with Zlatko Vujovic, Zoran Kruta, Monika Radovancevic, Mirjana Marsenic, Daliborka Kordic Bajrovic, Luka Joksimovic, Milonja Djikanovic, Tatjana Raicevic, Asja Gagovic, Marko Janjusevic, Petar Babic who exhibited their works at the Festival avenue. Vladan Bozovic a well known TV face and scientist moderated the manifestation at his best. It was a festival of celebration of Nature as the Logo made by Anto Lutovac is showing. It was a celebration of Divine Art of the Heart. We want it to become a traditional Festival in Montenegro.
