The international annual art fair ART RIGA FAIR 2019 will take place for the 6th time from the 26th of November til the 1st of December in the Latvian Railway History Museum. The opening ceremony starts on the 27th of November, which will gather contemporary art galleries and artists from Germany, France, Switzerland, Russia, Belorussia, Estonia, Lithuania and Iceland.

This year our special guest is from Milan, the photographer Giordano Morganti with his retrospection from the series “P.H. Frankenstein” and a new urban photography cycle.
One of the most interesting exhibition stands might be the tribute to Tibet, project “Inner Sanctum” by the artist Claire Vital, residing in France.
Returning to the art world with two new video-projects “ICON” and “ART SHOWER” - the actress and upcoming film director Elina Maligina.
At the Daugavpils “Mark Rothko Art Centre” booth the visitors will be able to get familiar with and contemplate the abstract works of the Brazillian artist Marco G. Giannotti.
The German creative duet COCOW&DUBROFF will present their cycle dedicated to the chess grandmasters.
The visitors await a fulfilled week: meetings and discussions, creative masterclasses, the performances of the new artists and many especially thought out surprises at each booth. A tradition has become the participation of the St. Petersburg art group “MITKi”. At the “HAPPY ART MUSEUM” stand the viewers will be able to see the recent year’s happy art of the artists Zigmunds Bielis, Gundega Dūduma, Dags Vidulejs.
Every year we offer more than 1000 paintings, sculptures and high quality graphic artworks, which represent all price ranges, starting with the well-known artists and finishing with the young and upcoming talents.

Ежегодная международная художественная ярмарка ART RIGA FAIR 2019 в шестой раз пройдет с 26 ноября по 1 декабря в Латвийском музее истории Железной дороги. Открытие выставки пройдет 26 ноября и соберёт участников из Германии, Франции, Швейцарии, России, Белоруссии, Эстонии, Литвы, Исландии.
В этом году особенным приглашенным гостем ярмарки станет знаменитый Миланский фотограф Джордано Морганти(Giordano Morganti). Это второй визит фотомастера в Ригу, шесть лет назад в галерее HAPPY ART MUSEUM прошла выставка “Dr.Frankenšteins”- шокирующая серия о пациентах сумашедшего дома.
Джордано Морганти- мастер психологического портрета, в предыдущей жизни работал в глянцевых журналах, снимал моделей и голивудских знаменитостей. Со временем полностью отказался от коммерческой фотографии, занимается классической черно белой фотографией и ищет в изображении вечные ценности. На ART RIGA FAIR 2019 будут представлены работы разных периодов: портреты, архитектурные мотивы, постановочные композиции.
Одним из самых интересных стендов выставки возможно станет экспозиция “INNER SANCTUM” посвященная Тибету и внутреннему сакральному путешествию, которую представляет художница, путешественница и блогер Светлана Пилюшина.
С новыми видео проектами “ICON” и “ART SHOWER” в художественную жизнь возвращается актриса и будущий режиссёр Елина Малыгина.
На стенде Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Centre у зрителей будет возможность познакомится с творчеством абстрактного живописца из Бразилии Марко Джианоти( Marco G.Giannotti).
Творческий интернациональный дуэт из Германии Cocow&Dubroff презентует на ART RIGA FAIR 2019 новый цикл работ посвященный шахматным гроссмейстерам, в Ригу приедет экспозиция на которой можно будет не только увидеть но и услышать шахматную игру Михаила Таля.
Традицией стало участие на ART RIGA FAIR легендарной Петербуржской группы МИТЬКИ. Дмитрий и Татьяна Шагины привезут в Ригу новые невероятно добрые и душевные работы.
На стенде галереи HAPPY ART MUSEUM можно будет увидеть счастливое искусство Дага Видулейса, Зигмунда Биелиса, Гундеги Дудумы.
Зрителей ART RIGA FAIR ждет богатая на события неделя: мастерклассы мозаики от “Vadima Vernika Mozaikas studija”, мастерклассы студии “ Art Doll”, презентации стендов участников и встречи с художниками.

International art fair “ART RIGA” is intended as an annual long-term project involving art professionals from all over the world: the best art galleries, art critics, specialized cultural magazine publishers. Given that by 2014 Riga became the European capital of culture-it is crucial for the success of “ART RIGA” to open up opportunities for long-term development.

To promote the professional development of art markets in Latvian and the Baltic region.

Event organization place - Latvian Railway History Museum ,chosen because of its cultural and historical significance Riga's environment, capacity and it is an easily available location for tourists.
The Messa's round table and it is an conference, press center will become the railway museum's unique exhibits - a reconstructed variety of Latvian history period wagons, providing the Messa's guests and participants information on Riga's technical culture traditions. In an environment, which is based on traditional, historic accomplishments it's particularly nice to dream about the future of art and its development.
During the Messa there is planned a program filled with a variety of activities: opening event with a concert, seminars, round tables, presentations of participants, participants will have a tour around Riga.
It is planned to involve visitors of the Messa to join the discussion table, organize quizzes and surveys to promote the visibility of the participants.

Event organizers of the exhibition hall "HAPPY ART MUSEUM" and Ltd "Euroclub" has considerable experience in international exhibitions and major events, most of which are self-financed. From 2008 through 2010, organizers worked in the exhibition hall "Pinakoteka", where the local contemporary art exhibition cycle "AUTUMN 2009 ", "AUTUMN 2010" , Latvian designer union annual exhibition, the magazine "Rīgas Laiks" anniversary exhibition and others were held. There where international exchange exhibitions with our closest countries; the creative Estonian and Lithuanian artist unions
and a spectacular exhibition (around 50 monumental art examples) from St.Petersburg Art Academy fund stocks. The gained contacts from these activities contributes to the creating and developing of “ART RIGA” .
