This Wednesday, May 27, 𝘛𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴: 𝘍𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘞𝘪𝘯𝘥 will be screened at Cinema K.Suns in Riga, Latvia, as part of the Video Performance Programme of the 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗮 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

This year, Starptelpa resonates through the theme 𝘚𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘤 𝘝𝘪𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴: echoes, dissonances, and reverberations that bind bodies, histories, and futures through sound. Within this framework, 𝘛𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴 approaches sound as a medium through which memory reverberates across bodies and landscapes — allowing the image to become a space where echoes of the past remain in motion.

Honored to share this work within a festival that understands performance as a sensitive, political, and vibrating territory.
