Varning Productions would like to thank all the promoters who organized the shows, as well all the bands that played, and all the people who attended. Despite a difficult road, all the shows were amazing, people really enjoyed the music and messages and were dancing hard and having fun and that was so great to see and experience, for us, that is something we deeply appreciate and will not forget.
During the tour, serious information and allegations started circulating about one member of DHK. This was a new and difficult situation for us, and we tried to handle it as carefully and respectfully as we could.
We want to be clear: we believe that serious accusations must always be taken seriously. At the same time, we also believe that serious situations should be handled with care, context and responsibility. Decisions that affect people, bands, tours and years of work should not be made only through fragments, rumors or one-sided information, without giving space for clarification or response.
We certainly don’t want to point fingers, name people, start a public fight or open a debate here. We simply believe that, in a DIY scene built from below, we need both safer spaces and fair processes. A scene without any kind of abuse, but also without public lynchings, panic and automatic condemnation without listening to all sides.
If anyone wants to understand more about the situation, we strongly suggest contacting DHK directly and reading the statements and context that have been shared by the band.
For now, we want to thank everyone who supported the tour in any way, including those who communicated with us directly and respectfully during a very difficult situation.
Now it is time for us to rest, reflect and get back to work.
Cheers!!!
