What becomes possible when curiosity, imagination, playfulness and wonder are welcomed into the way we learn, facilitate and work with young people?

𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲.𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥.𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭 is an 8-day Erasmus+ Training Course inviting youth workers, educators, facilitators, social workers and community practitioners to explore playfulness as a professional attitude. Together, we will discover how presence, creativity and adaptability can strengthen both our personal wellbeing and our work with groups.

This youth exchange is an invitation to reconnect with nature, yourself, and others through folklore, rituals, movement, and creative expression. Together, we will co-create a temporary community where learning flows through experience, presence, and connection.

Together, we will:

🔥 Explore folklore, rituals, and traditional knowledge as living practices

What if nature could become more than a setting for youth work—and become a teacher, guide, and catalyst for growth?

Join this international Erasmus+ training course in the forests of Latvia, combining Outdoor Adventure Education, forest therapy, mindfulness, and experiential learning. Together, we will explore how nature can support resilience, wellbeing, meaningful learning, and intentional facilitation. 🌿

Day 1 of Authentic voices was full of connection, laughter and new beginnings! 🌿✨

We started the morning with name games, and the group did amazingly well. After just one hour, everyone already knew each other’s names!

Then we continued with a fun and interesting activity where participants first had to place themselves in a line from the smallest little finger to the longest one. Later, this same line became our “human thermometer”, helping us explore different questions, from introvert to extrovert, from those who enjoy physical touch to those who prefer more personal space, and many more.

After that, we formed our reflection groups, which will be one of the key support spaces for participants throughout the project. Of course, we also celebrated the creation of these groups together!

In the afternoon, participants took part in a treasure hunt around our beautiful venue and its surroundings. Along the way, they completed different tasks, some funny, some educational, and some that helped them discover the place and each other even better.

Later, we opened a deeper space for reflection, where participants shared their fears, desires and contributions for this project. Together, we also created group agreements that will guide us during our time here.

And to close the day, we had a truly grand concert with famous artists from Portugal, the Netherlands, Poland, Latvia and Bulgaria. It was powerful, fun and unforgettable! 🎶🔥

🌍 There is no Planet B – but are you ready for Planet A?

We invite you to join an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange, where Freedom Universe Foundation participates as a partner organisation. This experience is an opportunity to explore climate change in a deeper way and transform concern for the planet into meaningful action.

Planet A is a 9-day immersive journey into sustainable living, emotional resilience, and community building.

✨ What makes this experience unique?

🌱 Sustainability in Action
Discover practical tools for everyday life – including a digital detox (no screens!) and a plant-based diet.

🏡 Inspiring Location
We will stay in a historic Scout House in Banská Štiavnica, a beautiful UNESCO-listed medieval mining town.

🌿 Eco-village Visit
We will visit the Zaježová eco-village to explore real-life sustainability initiatives and nature-based living.

📵 Digital Detox
To create a focused and safe environment, the program follows a policy of:
– no alcohol
– no drugs
– no distracting communication technology (screens).

Już w najbliższy wtorek zapraszamy na Playfight - spotkanie w ruchu, kontakcie i zabawie 🌀

To przestrzeń, w której możemy wrócić do ciała, do spontaniczności i do tej części nas, która lubi się poruszać, śmiać i podążać za instynktem, intuicją.
Trochę jak dzieci… tylko z większą świadomością ✨

Playfight to:
- ruch, kontakt i uważność
- zabawa, która pozwala poczuć granice, siłę i relacje
- miejsce, gdzie może pojawić się radość, ale też jest przestrzeń na złość, intensywność czy wrażliwość – wszystko to, co w nas żywe.

Rozpoczniemy rozgrzewką, a potem zasiądziemy w kręgu, poznamy bliżej, czym jest Playfight, połączymy się z naszymi intencjami i… rozpoczniemy wspólną zabawę! 🤼‍♀️ 🙌

To spotkanie jest też częścią rozpowszechniania wyników międzynarodowego projektu Erasmus+ „UnderWorld – Embrace Your Shadows” – w tematyce pracy z cieniem poprzez ciało i emocje. Fundacja Freedom Universe jest partnerem w projekcie.

Playfight będzie okazją, żeby w bezpiecznej, wspierającej przestrzeni eksplorować to, co w nas dzikie, autentyczne i czasem ukryte 🖤

Krąg Playfight poprowadzi Sylwia Nowak – facylitatorka procesów grupowych, z doświadczeniem w choreoterapii, kontakt improwizacji, pracy z ciałem i empatycznej komunikacji. Tworzy przestrzenie, w których można spotkać siebie poprzez ruch, emocje i autentyczny kontakt z innymi.

👁️✨ What if connection could be something you practice, not just hope for?

Embodied Unity is an 10-day journey of returning to the body, deepening presence, and rediscovering connection — with ourselves and with others.

It’s a space where learning happens through experience: movement, mindfulness, creativity, and shared processes.
Where we don’t just talk about connection — we practice it, feel it, and co-create it.

During this training, we will:
🌿 reconnect with ourselves through body awareness and presence
🌿 explore movement practices (embodiment, contact improvisation, breathwork, intuitive dance) and artistic expression
🌿 develop emotional intelligence and nervous system awareness
🌿 learn to recognize, express, and regulate emotions with more clarity and care
🌿 build authentic relationships based on trust, empathy, and co-regulation
🌿 co-create a supportive community where everyone can feel seen, heard, and respected

🌀This is more than a training - it is a living experience of community. A space where connection becomes tangible, and where we can rediscover what it means to belong - not by fitting in, but by being fully ourselves, together.
