We are very happy to announce that NUUN will be part of in on 20.06.2026 at .

For this special day, we are excited to welcome musicians travelling from Egypt to share the spirit, instruments, rhythms, and stories of Egyptian folk music.

Join us for a full day of music, exchange, and celebration:

11:00–13:00 — Instrument-making workshop
14:00–17:00 — Egyptian musical exchange workshop
19:00–20:00 — Concert with NUUN

A journey into the traditional sounds of Egypt, and an opportunity to taste some special Egyptian cuisine served by the Egyptian Association in Luxembourg.

Join the BELONG 2026 Filmmaking Workshops and explore filmmaking in a collaborative and intercultural environment.
In this free workshop series, participants will work through the creative process of a videoclip together from concept to postproduction in a collective and supportive setting - while learning the fundamentals of filmmaking, visual storytelling, production, and editing.

OPEN CALL — BELONG 2026 Music Residencies

Are you a musician based in Luxembourg and interested in intercultural exchange, cultural heritage, collaboration, and contemporary creation?

BELONG 2026 is inviting applications for its Music Residencies, taking place between May and June 2026 at BELONG Hub, Bâtiment 4 in Esch-sur-Alzette.

Selected artists will receive:

💶 a residency grant
🏠 access to the BELONG Hub and available facilities
📣 visibility through BELONG communication
🎤 a stage to present their work during BELONG Festival 2026

We are looking for artistic proposals connected to the values of BELONG: multicultural exchange, collaboration, belonging, and intercultural creation.

Apply NOW and Join a unique collective music journey bringing together participants through exchange, co-creation, and performance.

As part of BELONG 2026, these free workshops invite multicultural participants to share their traditional arts and explore world-wide music and dance in a collaborative environment, drawing from different musical backgrounds, traditions, and creative approaches.

What a night. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special Mediterranean Day concert - a free performance built from the season’s workshops and lessons in traditional music and instruments from around the world.

On stage, students and masters shared their cultures in a breathtaking fusion: sounds and stories from Armenia, Egypt, Sweden, Mexico, Venezuela, Iran, and beyond - different roots, one shared rhythm.

Big thanks to Anna Lindh Foundation for supporting Sounds from the Grassroots, and to all the artists, learners, volunteers, and the Bâtiment4 team for making this moment possible.

The Mediterranean Day is approaching, and we are honored to announce our participation in this meaningful day. On November 28th at Bâtiment4, we will join voices across the Mediterranean in a free musical performance that transcends barriers and connects us in ways words cannot. This event, supported by the , brings together the Sounds from the Grassroots, showcasing the true stories, and connections that unite our communities.

We’re honored to host three rising stars of Indian classical music in Luxembourg for lessons in:

- Tabla with Shreekalyan Chakraborty
- Sarod with Mayukh Gangopadhyay
- Hindustani Voice with Shruti Gupta

All three are nationally awarded artists from India, trained by masters and performing across major venues in Europe and Asia.
