join our founder and some amazing women from all over the world starting this Thursday April 16 and every Thursday at 8pm - 8:45GMT ( 4pm EST).
Stay tuned, tomorrow I will share who the first boss lady joining her on Thursday April 16th.. ok I’ll give you a hint.. She’s a Liberian and she’s badass😉🥰🇱🇷...
We are are mastering the juggle in a very different way these days, from managing anxiety, wine tasting ( that’s what I’m calling it 😉 ), the lessons, the struggle, the personal journey through this all, to navigating our day in a completely different way yet still having to boss it up. Most of us are accustomed to being at work, hustling, moving about and making ish happen, to now being at home still having to work, pivoting business strategies. Some of us are parenting and wife-ing it up, spending more time with family or learning ourselves in different ways.
I for one have good days, bad days, scared days, praise days, hopeful days, happy days, sad days and most of all no matter what my emotions are daily I have to end it with a boss day.
I want to feed my soul and yours by connecting with the persons, the woman that is behind the boss lady

Self-isolation is one way of curbing the spread of this virus, and so is going out and reaching out to people with factual information and services.
We met young Ms Josephine prestige Gayflor and her friends who are doing incredible work by reaching out to people in these hard times living in tough communities with factual information and services.
We at MBL the boss lady effect along with other were able to help them with a couple of financial and logistical support to keep this wonderful initiative going by donating several hand washing buckets, face masks and gloves and other toiletries to support the fight against the Covd- 19
But we would also like your support, we believe we are stronger and powerful together.
Kindly help us keep this momentum going. These are over populated impoverished communities that are simply trying to survive daily with limited access to PPE, water for constant hand washing, hand sanitizer or simple information and awareness. We applaud Josephine and her team and are proud to support them. Please join us.. for more information on how DM or email [email protected].

This past weekend the launched in Liberia and also launched its flagship Amujae leadership training program with coaches that included former presidents ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Joyce Banda & Catherine Samba PanZa. It’s intuitive like these that encourage us to continue to provide access to Deserving future boss Chic’s.
