From the mill to the masterpiece🪵✨

Sharing the journey of our latest custom commission: A handcrafted Sea Almond (Kottamba) stool.

This project was a lesson in patience—from hand-selecting the timber at a local mill to hours of sanding for that perfect finish. To match my client’s furniture, I used a water-based dye that deepens the tone while letting the natural grain truly shine🍂

From raw planks to the final industrial-style finish, we believe true luxury is found in the details you don’t always see.
