Important Announcement from Plein Air ❗️

With deep regret, we announce that our upcoming event has been postponed due to unforeseen police and hotel permit issues.

This decision was completely beyond our control. We had already finalized all ground arrangements and invested significant resources to deliver an unforgettable experience for our community.

We sincerely apologize to all our attendees, our main act Kyotto, and all supporting artists. This situation has been incredibly difficult for us as organizers and as a community that works hard to bring quality events to you.

Please know that this is not a cancellation — it is a postponement.

We will share updates very soon regarding the new date, refund details, and next steps.

We regret to inform you that we’ve decided to postpone the event.

As sad as it is to postpone, we were really looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend. Unfortunately, due to severe weather conditions and high-risk red alerts, the Plein Air Community team felt this was the most responsible decision.

That said, we’re using this time to come back with something even better , an experience that truly matches the trust and energy you’ve shown us. We’ll definitely run it back when the skies are clear and the time is right.

The new event date is 14th February 2026 🩵
