Well, sometimes all we need is really forgetting ourselves in something we really like.... and it is indeed a total relaxation and rest. I believe this is how a tired, overworked mind can shut down and rest. And simply you don't sleep all night. There's nothing better than this.... it is a deep reconnection to our inner self.
