The launch of the Georges Corm Chair in International Relations, Political Economy, and the History of Ideas brought together an inspiring assembly of distinguished guests, politicians, ambassadors, ministers, teachers, students, and many more!

Capturing the spirit of this moment ; the energy, the ideas, the people ; was a true honor. I look forward to sharing more glimpses of our journey as we celebrate thought, dialogue, and the power of public engagement.

Yesterday evening, I had the privilege of attending a remarkable round table organized by the Ministry of Culture to mark International Human Rights Day. The theme “Rule of Law as a Daily Reality: Human Rights, Justice, Freedoms, and Accountability” felt both urgent and profoundly meaningful.

Hosted at the National Library in Sanayeh, the evening began with an opening address by H.E. Ghassan Salameh, Minister of Culture, followed by a keynote from H.E. Adel Nassar, Minister of Justice, whose words set the stage for a rich and layered exchange.

The panel brought together diverse voices: Leila Awada, Lawyer and Co-Founder of Kafa; Carmen Hassoun Abou Jaoude, Lecturer at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Political Science Specialist, and my former professor during my Master’s in International Relations; Widad Jarbouh, Journalist and Senior Researcher at the Samir Kassir Foundation; and Khouloud el Khatib, Human Rights Expert and Executive Director of LOUDER. Each speaker offered sharp insights and grounded reflections on how justice and human rights can be lived in practice, not just written into law. The discussion was skillfully moderated by lawyer Ghida Frangieh.

I carried my camera to capture the spirit of the evening; faces in dialogue, gestures of conviction, and the quiet dignity of collective reflection. It was a truly fruitful gathering, filled with nuance, challenge, and hope.

J’ai été joyeusement convié à photographier la réception sacrée des reliques du Bienheureux Carlo Acutis à l’église Notre Dame des Apotres à Sabtieh, en présence du P Camille Ghanem et des SDL - Groupe N.D des Apotres.

Honoré de témoigner et d’immortaliser ce moment de grâce et de recueillement.

La soirée s’est déroulée avec une messe solennelle suivie d’une veillée contemplative, où les fidèles se sont réunis dans la prière et la réflexion. L’esprit de Carlo Acutis a rayonné à travers chaque geste, éveillant une flamme discrète de dévotion.

J'ai eu l'immense honneur d'être invité à une rencontre exceptionnelle avec l'artiste talentueuse Aline Lahoud, organisée par le Service de la Vie Étudiante de l'Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth - USJ qui s'est tenue le 22 Octobre 2025 a 16:30 a la Fondation Charles Corm !

Ce fut également un privilège d'immortaliser ces moments en tant que photographe officiel de l'événement.
