As an introduction to the lao beloved musical art form of Molam, Thiane Khamvongsa, director of the Laos-Europe Itinerant Performing Arts Festival and Douangdeune Bounyavong, famous lao writer, will present some background about this musical style and introduce several abstract from different style and provinces interpreted by the band Sieng Khaène Thène Fa and two couples of Molam.
2/ CONTEMPORAY DANCE PERFORMANCE
« Intrusion Chorégraphique » - Hip-Hop-Contemporary Dance Performance / Collaboration of Fanglao (Lao PDR) & Kham (France)
3/ KOUMDAO TRIO CONCERT
Two French artists, Jules Pardon and Yohan nyirumulinga are collaborating with a lao musician, Khaen Souvannasan to form a trio mixing musical-narrative creations of aesthetics from here and elsewhere and covers (jazz, variety, Indian Ocean, Laos, etc.). A wave of reverie and good humor sprinkled where guitar strings and piano chords embracing the winds (Lao kaen trumpet) under voices with veiled timbres.
