Today is one of the important Buddhist day which is called "Makha Bucha Day" or sometimes known as Sangha Day so we really remembered the special occasion when 1,250 enlightened disciples of the Buddha spontaneously gathered at the Bamboo Grove and listened to the Buddha recite the Ovada Patimokkha.

On the Mayha Puja Day is also very significant Buddhist festival celebrated on the full moon day of the 3rd lunar month. Which are four marvelous things happened such as:

1. The day of the full moon

2. 1,250 disciples spontaneously returned to see the Buddha without any appointment

3. All were Arhantas (Enlightened ones) and

4. The Buddha taught the 3 main principles as follows:
- Not to do any evil
- To do the good one
- To purify the mind by practice the meditation.
