Ahmadi Security Campaign Arrests 16, Seizes 500kg of Spoiled Fish..

The Security Directorates Sector, represented by the Ahmadi Governorate Security Directorate, carried out a joint security campaign targeting the fish and vegetable market and the parking area of Al-Kout Mall, in cooperation with Municipality, the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition, and the Public Authority for Manpower. The campaign resulted in the arrest of 16 wanted persons and violators, the apprehension of 22 people without identification documents, the impoundment of 5 vehicles wanted by judicial authorities, the issuance of 28 traffic violations, and the seizure of 500 kilograms of spoiled fish. A Saudi-led coalition spokesman on Tuesday condemned recent attacks by Yemen’s Houthi movement on Saudi Arabia, saying strikes on the cities of Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan and Najran had wounded 73 civilians, including women and children, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Coalition spokesman Major General Turki al-Malki described the attacks as a “dangerous escalation” and a violation of Saudi sovereignty, accusing the Iran-aligned Houthi militia of deliberately targeting civilian and economic sites and undermining efforts to achieve peace in Yemen and the wider region, SPA said.

Al-Malki said the coalition’s Joint Forces Command would take all necessary operational measures to deter the group, protect Saudi citizens and residents, and safeguard the kingdom’s national assets. He added that further action would be taken against what he called the sources of the threat.
