just bought the insanity asylum workout and then injured myself a product that is $238 i'm selling for $150 (agility ladder, resistance bands, pull up bar, all the dvds, shakeology protein shake powder and 30 day supply of active vitamin) ... i'm on arifjan and not willing to ship it. don't forget today at 1700 open grill night! Bring your own food! MWR has a few brat worst, hamburgers and hotdogs if you don't want to bring your own chow, we also have sodas, chips, and O'douls!
