Ants Cabraal is a creative producer, writer and business owner who has helped many Enspiral initiatives start and grow since 2012. He has been actively supporting entrepreneurship for positive social and environmental impact for the past 8 years. Through designing and delivering accelerators, incubators and civic innovation programmes he has coached dozens of teams and new companies to build business models in line with social and environmental outcomes.
　
He serves as a director, consultant and advisor to several startups, and loves to build entrepreneurial communities and initiatives – including driving the creation of the Better Work Together book.

We spent 3 unforgettable days running as part of #아산상회 program. North Koreans, South Koreans and foreigners (from more than 10 different countries!) got together to work on amazing innovative solutions that will target the current and future markets of Greater Korea.
It was an honer to be able to facilitate such an amazing event.

A big thank you to our mentors and judges, who took the time to be there for the teams.
A big shout out to 김현정 (Jay Kim) our master facilitator, who ran the event in English and Korean.
And lots of love to our partners from 아산나눔재단 The Asan Nanum Foundation, MTA Korea, Woorion 우리온, 남북하나재단 , Insitute of Unification

🤔What is Asansanghoe program??

🗣
It’s a 4 month team-preneurship training, where 30 North Korean resettlers, South Koreans and expats will form teams, learn in-and-outs of the startup world, travel abroad to see experts in action, receive individual mentorship from the best (both in Korea and abroad) and much much more. The program is fully funded by 아산나눔재단 The Asan Nanum Foundation(including an overseas market research trip and office space in Yeoksam!). The program is structured based on MTA Korea

🗣Who is Asansanghoe for?
Other than North Korean resettlers, South Koreans and foreigners?
🖊for those in the final semester in under/grad school, looking for inspiration as to what to do next
🌈Those thinking about jumping to the startup world, but don’t want to do it alone
🚀Those looking for a venture where they could share their skills and knowledge, while learning something themselves from a diverse group of startup warriors
🗣Those curious how unified greater Korean economy would work and if their business idea would stand a chance
So… pretty much for anyone who looks at life from outside the box :)
