S3ks at night and in the dark 😢 Women, It's okay to look at yourself n@ked in the mirror just to appreciate your body 🪞 Men, before you sleèp with her, just take a moment, look at her and tell her she is beautiful and that you love her as she is 🤩

I look at myself in the mirror more that 10 times a day when in indoors 🤭

You see

The hanging tummy.
The stretch marks.
The cellulite (those dimples on your thighs).
The sagging breasts.
The C-section scar.
The birthmarks.
The acne scars.
The dark inner thighs.
The dark underarms.
The surgical scars.
The loose skin.

These are not signs that she is "less of a woman." They are simply part of being human.

I am just watching a podcast that majority of women can't even look at themselves in the mirror and this really broke my heart. The commnets from women just broke me... the affirmed they can't.

Some are even afraid to undress in front of their partners, they prefer s3ks at night in the dark.

Sad reality 😔
