KAMP 2026 DIRECTOR ELECTIONS – PROVISIONAL CLEARANCE OF ASPIRANTS

Dear KAMP Members,

The KAMP Vetting Committee wishes to inform all members that, following the preliminary consideration of the nominations and documentation submitted by aspirants, the Committee has completed the initial vetting process for the forthcoming KAMP Director Elections.

The vetting was undertaken with reference to Section 46B of the Copyright Act, the Copyright (Collective Management) Regulations, the Companies Act, the Company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, the Company’s Election Policy and applicable laws.
