Hello good people!
The year has been long, tough, and at some point, "quite devastating", but we've made it through just because God took it over...
As we usher into the New Year 2022, how I declare and decree that, just like Mordecai, God will overturn tables for you and Haman's plots will not prevail; just like Job who lost everything, God will restore if we choose to put our trust in Him; just like Joseph, God will make us fruitful in the land of our afflictions, if we remain obedient & stop holding grudges; etc... The list is endless...
My word of encouragement is this; let's forget the past and focus on what God has for us, It's very simple, "Let go and let God" allow Him to take over, and we will eventually emerge Victorious!
Thank you all for your love! God bless you all and have a Blessed, Fruitful and Joyful Year 2022!

There is a fact of life that I have found rather interesting over the years. Human beings most times are yearning for more, for different, for what they consider better. Those with grey hair want to dye it black; those with black hair want to make it grey. Those who are plus size want to slim up, while those who are slender are trying their best to gain some weight.

Seemingly, we always want to get what the other has. Unknown to most of us, there will always be something better, and if not careful, the desire for more could leave one in vicious, endless cycles. As a friend of mine once put it, ‘no one has a monopoly for the ‘best’. I am not telling you to settle for less. No. The thing is this: You MUST never allow yourself to be swayed by every wind. Do not become a slave of wanting more, or different, or even better.

In my opinion, the only remedy for this seemingly unquenchable thirst is contentment. Finding joy in what God has given to you. The opposite of contentment is greed, and it destroys your capacity to enjoy what God has given. Greed with no doubt will lead you to insatiable, unending cycles.
In Phillipians, Paul is reminding us: "Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content"
Remember, godliness with contentment is great gain!
