I am beginning a deliberate journey to deepen public understanding and implementation of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 2025. This law marks a significant shift from charity-based thinking to a rights-based approach that guarantees dignity, accessibility, equality, and full participation for persons with disabilities in Kenya. My goal is to break down the Act into practical, simple conversations that communities, youth leaders, county governments, and institutions can understand and apply. Inclusion is not optional — it is the law, and it is our collective responsibility.
