Is it just me? What do YOU crave most during your cycle? ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ
One thing about me during my cycle? I WILL crave something ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿซ chocolate, a good cheese pull, adding gochujang to almost every meal for that tangy spicy taste, a hot mocha with whipped cream? Absolutely yes!
And itโ€™s okay to satisfy your cravings โ€” consciously.

As women, our cycle plays such a huge role when it comes to fitness, energy levels, mood, appetite, recovery, and even the types of foods we crave. While movement, healthy eating, and discipline are important, sometimes listening to your body is important too ๐ŸŒธ

Having the thing youโ€™re craving every once in a while does not automatically ruin your progress. Itโ€™s all about balance, intention, and being mindful.
So yes, I still enjoy the foods I love, just consciously ๐Ÿ’š

Long time no gym reel.
I haven't been to the gym for 2 months now. But this month we go back. I've been surviving on home workouts, walks, runs and yoga.
Great tip for maintenance is movement, you don't have to be at the gym daily and it's good to take breaks, but don't stop moving๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ
