Kusubiri wananchi walie: Waiting until roads become impassable before doing anything.

Favoritism: Kupea tu maeneo yenye watu walikupigia kura maendeleo na kusahau wengine.

Lack of transparency: Kuficha budget ya county na kutowambia wananchi jinsi pesa inatumika.

PR campaigns: Kurekebisha tu barabara kidogo wakati wa uchaguzi to get votes.

Good Leadership (Uongozi Mzuri)

Proactive planning: Kutengeneza feeder roads mapema kulingana na budget, sio mpaka watu waandamane.

Public participation: Kukaa chini na wananchi na kusikiliza shida zao bila madharau.

Equal distribution: Kugawa maendeleo kwa haki katika ward yote, bypass siasa.

Accountability: Kuwa mnyenyekevu na kufungua milango ya ofisi yako kwa kila mtu.
