Batch 3: Day 7. 10,000 heads in the ground.

What you should see:
✅ 2 true leaves on each seedling
✅ Spacing: 60cm x 45cm
✅ Mulch from previous crop to hold moisture
❌ No yellow leaves yet

What you can’t see:
1. 400kg of manure tilled in before planting
2. 4 hours of hand-watering daily
3. The fear I’m doing this all again for nothing

The floods taught me drainage.
This sun will teach me irrigation.

Farmers: What’s your Day 7 germination rate? Mine is 96%. Yours? Drop it 👇

Part 1: The floods controlled us.
Part 11: We control the water.

See those tiny green leaves? Those are 10,000 cabbage babies. Day 7.
See that hose? That’s me refusing to lose again.

Batch 1 died because water stayed for 5 days.
Batch 3 will live because I bring water for 5 minutes, every day.

This is Trans-Nzoia Fresh.
We don’t wait for rain.
We become the rain.

Follow to see these 10,000 heads in 68 days.

No makeup.
No filters.
No shoes.

Just red soil, a green phone, and 10,000 cabbage babies to raise.

This is what a farmer’s wife looks like in Kitale on a Tuesday.

While the world debates “women’s work”, she’s out here doing the work that feeds the world.

She doesn’t need empowerment posts.
She needs fair prices for cabbages.

Tag a woman who farms like she owns the earth. Because she does.

Watu huona cabbage kwa soko.

Hawaoni siku k**a hizi.

Day 0: Kubeba maji, kupiga magoti, kuamini mchanga wa Trans-Nzoia.

Trans-Nzoia Fresh = hustle ya ukweli.

Tuko pamoja hadi mavuno Day 75 💪
