A World of Music: A global perspective on artist development: engaging with international markets, approaching overseas touring, and understanding why even emerging artists benefit from thinking beyond their home scene.

State of the People: A grounded conversation on sustainability in music, covering mental health practices, managing pressure and negativity, and addressing ongoing structural challenges including sexism and ageism.

Lucky Bag Sessions: A curated set of short discussions touching on band dynamics, practical digital tools, community-building at the local level, respect for small venues, and other essentials that often go unspoken.

Arato Nagaoka (feat. Yosuke Hayashimoto)
Starting with classical piano in childhood, Arato Nagaoka has performed across Tokyo and Kansai, now focusing on composition and YouTube releases. Featured artist Yosuke Hayashimoto began performing in his teens in Aichi, later expanding to Tokyo and London. After 13 years with guitar duo Sonascribe, he now works solo—balancing live shows, production, support work, and lessons.
