This Sunday an Awesome BBQ Party will be hosted by OMG BBQ Club, at the biggest park in Tokyo, Mizumoto Park.
Twelve members will attend so far, and the weather forecast is a sunny 19 degrees.
The menu will include smoked beef, pork spare ribs, chicken, and Hokkaido scallops.
The last chance to join us is to contact OMG BBQ Club by 5pm today.

Hi ,
Long time no post!
I took a break from Clapton Leather to open a hand made smoked food restaurant in Tokyo. It was good while it lasted, but now I’m back to the land of leather! Started to work on some hand stitching on a project I started about 6 years ago. I was a bit rusty at first, but got in my groove soon after. Photos will be coming soon.

Haven't posted for a while as I was running my restaurant for 3 years and didn't have time for anything else. Have thrown all of my artistic juices into cooking. I have been smoking food and drinks for about the past 6 years. Recently I started using Sous Vide method to slowly cook things in a circulating water bath. Two recent things that I made were a leather sheath for a butchers knife that I bought, and a d.i.y. cold smoker. Check them out!
