It is a well-known story that Jerry Garcia sought salvation in the silence of the sea during his final years.
The sea Jerry loved.
The sea of Minami-Izu.
And the genuine “UMI” created by my indigo and algorithms.
When these three seas resonate, a “RIPPLE” is born on the surface.
Hand-carved lines, one by one.
Using the “Katazome” technique, only the designed areas are dyed with deep indigo, tracing the algorithm’s precision.
Calculated algorithms and the contours of will.
Deep silence, and the blue that fades with time.

海の静寂に救いを求めた
ジェリーが愛した海
南伊豆の海
そして、私の藍とアルゴリズムが生み出す「うみ」
これら三つの海が共鳴し
その表面にひとつの「RIPPLE（波紋）」が生まれました
一筋の線を切り出し
一滴の藍を意志のままに制御する
この「RIPPLE」は、静寂の中での果てしない手作業から生まれました
型染めを用い、デザイン箇所を藍で染め抜く独自の技法
計算されたアルゴリズムと、意志の輪郭
深い静寂、ゆるやかに移ろう蒼
