DUMAMA & NIKITA SIMAKOV | 20.6 • 00.00 - 01.00 • Gugu Duma + Nikita live set Non C’è

Duma’s work draws on memory, oral storytelling, uHadi bow traditions, and live vocal processing, while Simakov approaches the modular synthesizer as both instrument and ecosystem, blending oscillators, field recordings, electroacoustic textures, and recursive systems. Together, they create immersive performances where organic and synthetic materials continuously transform one another.

Their shared practice explores the threshold between the tangible and the surreal: voice becomes circuitry, circuitry becomes breath, and space itself becomes an active performer. Through improvisation and deep sonic responsiveness, they compose live environments that hold intimacy, disorientation, ritual, and futurity in equal measure.
The result is a collaborative language of shifting textures and embodied frequencies, where diasporic memory, emergent technologies, and radical listening converge.

Queen Yasmeen is a DJ and producer originally from Austin, Texas, known for a fluid approach to genre that moves through acid, trance, breaks and techno with a consistent club-driven pulse. Acid sits at the core of her sound, shaping sets built on momentum and continuity.

Her performances have taken her across Barcelona, Brazil, the United States, Berlin and beyond, adapting to each floor while maintaining a clear rhythmic identity.

Among the various radio platforms she collaborates with, RBL Barcelona and NTS Radio, contributing to radio spaces that extend her research into broadcast form and global listening communities.

Michi Rou is a Turin-based DJ born in Matera. Her selections move across the relation between roots and future, where hybridation and contamination become creative ground rather than boundaries.
Her sound navigates polyrhythms and syncopation, layered textures, deep bass and folk imaginaries from the global South, shaping a listening space where electronic and organic elements continuously inform each other.

She is also part of the RBL family and she will open the second day of the festival, setting the tone for what follows.

HǍO MĚILÌ is an unexpected club dimension born from the deep guts of MACAO, where experimental practices and collective processes shaped a space for sound, body and encounter.

A playground for shared regeneration through DJing, vocals and physical movement, where the line between stage and people softens into continuous flow.

HǍO MĚILÌ opens a club space shaped by expression, improvisation and interaction — where bodies and voices contribute equally to the direction of the night, and care becomes part of the rhythm.
Rooted in q***r and feminist perspectives, their selection moves across bass, deconstructed club, techno, dembow, gqom, dnb and hard dance, weaving global club languages into one shared momentum.

Bubble Wrap and Bucci first crossed paths in a corridor of a squat — a space in-between movements that became the starting point of a shared sonic direction.

Bubble Wrap works with deep, grounded textures and basslines that hold the body in place. Bucci brings a luminous, kinetic energy — precise, radiant, constantly in motion.

Together they build a shared field where sound becomes exchange, presence and collective attention.
