For today’s 3D Printing spotlight I’d like to share another 75mm scale multi-part kit:

Figure Title: Funrir
Sculptor:
Brand:
Scale: about 75mm
Scope of work: mass series production

My 2 cents: definitely a fun project to have worked on, lots of detailed parts, precise keys for assembly, the base took some trials to get right for mass production given the size and shape but I got it done.

Disclaimer: figures or relative files are not for sale, photos and posts are for showcase purposes only. Models shown are not commercial copies, they are usually the first test prints, so forgive me if you may see the odd defect here or there, assembled to check keys and overall quality of the kits before mass production.

weekend means weekend, and this is my non-GD entry 🤣. Jokes aside I painted this Khorne Bloodstoker as something small and different after last Monte San Savino, and I must say I enjoyed it very much and it encouraged me to paint more and small scale models in the near future. I hope you like it and good luck to everyone at GD!

Today’s 3D Printing spotlight:

Figure Title: The Kelpie
Sculptor:
Brand:
Scale: about 75mm
Scope of work: mass series production
My 2 cents: This model was a nice easy project to work on, modeled to be printed as one piece with only few supports as it mostly self-supports. The rock is actually hollow whereas the body is solid, a smart solution thought in collaboration with Leila. A close collaboration between the sculptor and production is always the key for a successful and quality product!

What a better weekend to share this bust I painted some time ago at the end of 2024…I surely do have a soft spot for Sisters of Battle, and when gifted me a copy of his incredible sculpt I couldn’t be happier! Thanks again Dani!!

Now, painting the red armor was definitely the biggest challenge for me on this project, and going back now I would probably approach the red nmm a bit differently to make it work properly, but hey, you always learn from your mistakes.

All in all I think this is one of the favorite figures I painted in my career, so I hope you like it as much as I do!

Today I’ll start sharing many of the figures I had the pleasure to work on over the last few years of professional 3D Printing in our industry, and will try to keep it up regularly.

I hope you’ll like this initiative which I had in mind for too long now!

Figure Title: The Orc Boar
Sculptor: .rahm
Brand: .rahm
Scale: about 75mm
Scope of work: mass series production, detail packaging and shipping. Turnkey project.
My 2 cents: This kit was fairly challenging due to the size and weight of the boar and the single attachment point, nothing that smart design and a brass rod supplied with the kit cannot resolve.

Models shown are not commercial copies, they are usually the first test prints, so forgive me if you may see the odd defect here or there, assembled to check keys and overall quality of the kits before mass production.

Hello y’all, I have painted this small bust some time ago, first of many figures I’ll admit I have been lazy to take good photos and share them 🙃🙃 I often paint something small to ‘relax’ between more complex figures, at the same time trying to achieve something interesting and learn a bit..

This small bust is the academic version of his bigger sister, sculpted by for my friend and his brand and workshops. I produced both models for Krzysztof and why not paint one right?

I hope you like it! Rock and Roll!! 🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻

Hello everyone! Sharing with you ‘Figure in Frame’ sculpted by ; our collaboration got awarded BoS at 2025 last week.

The sculpt is a one-off, non-commercial piece based on the incredible original art of

Do visit profile to see the original artwork as well as profile to see the beautiful original base raw sculpt.

A couple of words about the figure: two key factors that really got me excited about this project were that first the original artwork is a graphite on paper, beautifully expressing the anatomy, the volumes, lights and shadows, the ideas…that left me with complete freedom of interpretation when it came to colors. In second instance the way Sara successfully resolved the figure at 360 degrees, maintaining the original concept of the ‘2D-frame’ but at the same time providing a perfect three-dimensional canvas.

I hope my interpretation piqued your interest as much as I enjoyed painting the figure, thanks for your ongoing support, it’s never taken for granted.

My first was not a long time ago, precisely 2019, just after coming back from living in Australia for many years and started painting (again) after so so long the year before. I actually didn’t even know what Monte was at the time, I just came without even a clue, I entered Standard Fantasy Painting with 0 expectations, and I clearly remember spotting all the people in the square and just knowing them by social medias. And as it happens to all Monte first timers I was just so flabbergasted by the quality and level of the contest, the people, the community, the context, the ceremony, it all felt like magic.

Now, year after year, I drive up on Friday afternoon, nervous about the entries, tired from the sleepless nights but happy to finally meet everyone again, hug and catch up. Monte has become an unmissable and special moment for me, when all the hard work is done and the crazy deadlines are met and I can finally relax and enjoy some quality time and amazing art with those very same people, now close friends and colleagues, that were just strangers until a few years ago.

Winning the BoS award at Monte was something I could just dream of and I would have not even imagined to possibly achieve in the next 10years or more. I’m still speechless but immensely grateful and it has been the cherry on the cake to a splendid weekend.

Now I’m already back to my brushes, finishing off projects, planning new ones and with so much still to learn.

Thank you my friends for your warmth, encouragement, inspiration, support, feedback, hugs, beers and laughs!
