Those three days at the Hackathon in my beloved Tuscany were incredibly intense. The days were defined by constant challenges and rigorous debates, where time never seemed to be enough and discussions always ran past the clock. I went home with some dark circles under my eyes, but more importantly, with a lot of energy, new perspectives, and the certainty that something extraordinary always emerges from constructive dialogue.

A wonderful experience at the AFAM Gran Tour in Castellare di Tonda. Three intense days where the Gimme 5 group worked hard to create the Food Hunt Italy project: treasure hunts across Italy to discover the true origins of Italian dishes and debunk common myths. The first stop on the tour is Naples: home of the Margherita pizza, which, contrary to popular belief, was not actually created for Queen Margherita.
