Every autumn, for just a few magical weeks, our closest friends ask to come back to Sabina to experience the olive harvest with us.
🌳 After years of sharing this tradition only with family and friends, and after hearing the same words again and again — "More people should experience this." — we decided to open our home to a very small number of guests.
For over 15 years, we have welcomed travelers from around the world, sharing not only a place to stay, but the warmth of Italian hospitality and everyday life.
🏡 Stay in our historic family casale, surrounded by centuries-old olive groves in the very land that once supplied olive oil to Ancient Rome.
🏺Join us during the harvest, discover every step of the journey from tree to fresh extra virgin olive oil, visit a working olive mill at night, wander through medieval villages, enjoy authentic Sabina cuisine, and choose experiences such as a traditional cooking class, painting in nature, or exploring hidden corners known only to locals.
This is not a hotel.

It is an invitation to slow down, share authentic moments with a local family, and experience Italy as very few visitors ever do.
